Entrepreneurship from the inside out

"Entrepreneurial spirit is forged like great swords: with the fire of the spirit, with the strength of experience, and with the resilience needed to bring out the best in you."

— Maykert Gonzalez

To launch a venture you don't just need money; you need an idea with unique value and, most importantly, a spirit full of drive, strengthened by an overwhelming energy and a healthy soul.

Many businesswomen and businessmen around the world surprise us with very good business ideas that, over time, collapse for lack of strengthening the most important pillar: inner essence.

Every entrepreneurial venture comes from human beings, and human beings are flesh, soul and spirit. Your inner emotions play an important role when it comes to building a business.

The human spirit is like the roots of trees; if those roots are sick, the tree will die. If your spirit isn't in harmony, your venture is likely to wobble. Your essence is the root of your business.

And a business is rooted in its people, in the team that shapes it, creates it, and carries it forward. That's why the essence they possess will affect your venture, positively or negatively.

What's inside you? Examine your essence, examine your spirit. With what energy are you undertaking your life every day? What are the pillars on which your ideas and feelings rest?

By answering these questions, you'll have a diagnosis that will help you move forward, not just as an entrepreneurial leader, but as the leader of your own destiny on the path toward achieving your goals.

Align your essence with your venture and make your mark in the market with everything that's inside you. A good idea isn't enough; your spirit will forge your brand's spirit, and that in turn will determine the future success of what you've always dreamed of.
